Christmas News!

Just got some news today about AJ's new items and events! There is now a pet customizer, where you can dress up your pets for 300 gems! Also, there are now AJ parties, and also, you can get rare items at the parties! The parties only last for a limited time, so hurry! There are horses coming to AJ! Zebra, moosen, peguses, and much more will be in Jamaa soon!

Games

Games are ways to earn money (gems). My favorite game is Best Dressed, because it pays up to 200 gems. The games in Jamaa are spread throughout the different worlds. Members can buy games and put them in their dens, too. All games are free except for The Claw and Pet Stop.

Basics(dens)

For nonmembers, you only get one den. It is technically called a small house, but it is just a regular den to me. Before i became a member, my den was actually pretty nice. Just because you're a nonmember doesn't mean that you're a loser. Remember that. Anyways, your den will start out boring. Everyone's does. You can buy stuff at the store, by clicking on the icon that looks like a table to the left of the globe icon. Then click on the shopping bag. In the store, there are 3 categories. Nonmember stuff, Member stuff, and stuff that is too expensive for you to get. Member items have a lock in the corner. You can place items in your den and decorate it any way you want.

Basics(Jamaa)

Ok, for all you newcomers to Animal Jam, I will help you get started:) When you first make an account on Animal Jam, (AJ) you will be asked to create a character. I strongly suggest that you make a seal, because then you can go on land and in the water. Don't worry, you can buy more animals later on. So anyways, you can change your colors by clicking on the picture of yourself in the bottom left corner. Then you can enter Jamaa! The appearance of Jamaa Township will depend on the seasons, but generally, there is a billboard in the top right, a tree in the top left, another tree in the bottom left, and a house in the bottom right. This is the base of Jamaa, where i go for parties and other occasions.
